The building is located just a minute's walk from Las Canteras Beach. We have taken care of every detail to ensure you enjoy your stay in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. We have done it as if it were for ourselves, with all the love and care in the world. All the apartments are bright, spacious, and designed; perfect for couples, friends, or families. Each comes with a small balcony facing the street, where you can enjoy the sea breeze from the beach. ATTENTION: The furnished rooftop with sea views is exclusively for the guests of the apartment with a sea view.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment building is located between the neighborhoods of La Isleta and La Puntilla. The former is known for being one of the city's most popular districts with a strong fishing tradition and close ties to the Puerto de la Luz. La Puntilla is the liveliest area of Las Canteras Beach, featuring a higher concentration of restaurants and entertainment venues.
