Mi Capricho, in Sitio de Calahonda, a renowned holiday complex located on the beachfront in Mijas Costa (Málaga). Its fantastic green areas and saltwater swimming pools located next to the sea, together with its location on the beachfront and the coastal path, make this apartment complex one of the most sought-after options on the Costa del Sol. In addition, its excellent location means that it is close to Marbella, Puerto Banús, Fuengirola or Málaga, as well as numerous shopping centres, restaurants, beaches, beach bars and much more.

Neighbourhood information

Sitio de Calahonda, locally abbreviated as Calahonda is a relatively peaceful and quiet community situated on the Costa del Sol, southern Spain. It is within easy reach of many of the most popular tourist attractions and destinations in southern Spain, such as Marbella, Puerto Banús, Ronda, Mijas Pueblo, Malaga and Gibraltar. It is only about 30 minutes drive from Malaga International Airport, so it is the excellent location that makes Calahonda an ideal holiday location. It has four large shopping centres, two golf courses within 2km, a promenade for walking to Marbella or Fuengirola. Because Calahonda is on the coast, it naturally has a variety of beaches, such as La Luna Beach and its great Restaurant, ideal for trying a delicious paella, fried fish, tapas and other delicacies, Playa Calahonda with several Chiringuitos such as Mi Capricho and many others. Very close, next to La Luna Beach is Puerto Cabopino and the fantastic natural dune beach of Cabopino and great restaurants. The harbour is very picturesque when lit up at night. The harbour has several family run restaurants, bars and cafes. Next to the harbour there is a large car park for the beach. Cabopino beach is a long golden sandy beach. It has a large well equipped beach bar, showers and toilets. It has all the water sports you would expect to find as well as sun loungers, parasols etc. Calahonda has three public parks: Parque Av. De España, on the full Av. De España, Parque Vivero, next to the Vivero in lower Calahonda and Parque Autopista, in upper Calahonda next to the Vivero. They also have a dog park, in upper Calahonda and two garden centres.
