The fine print

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.

On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.

Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

In the case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours (April to October: 09:00 am–05:00 pm, Monday to Saturday; November to March: 09:00 am–05:00 pm, Monday to Friday) and €75 outside of these hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
