The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, large basement with sofa bed, 5 terraces, patio, and private garage. 2 main bedrooms, spacious, bright, with a balcony overlooking the sea and pool, and a private en-suite dressing room. The internet is fiber optic, with a perfect speed to work. The residential pool is next to the house.
