Los Miradores is a new residential project, located opposite the marina Tomas Maestre, by the canal that connects the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor. We have a lovely apartment in this complex which has a good and high standard, Inside the unit there are 2 large communal pool, lovely sun area and tennis court for the whole family. We have a beautiful and modern penthouse apartment on the 7 floor with 90 m² living area and a large roof terrace which has sun all day. The roof terrace has a nice view of both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, and is equipped with everything you need, large sofa, chairs, dining table, barbecue and much more. All rooms in the apartment have air conditioning, and one of the rooms has its own bathroom, and there are a total of two bathrooms in the apartment. There is a sofa bed in the living room, with space for two extra people, and the possibility of an extra bed or cot for a small extra cost. The apartment also has 3 balconies one with access from the living room.
