The apartment comprises two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, whilst the double guest bedroom has a second bathroom. The complex offers enhanced security and is conveniently located adjacent to Parque de la Alameda. It provides a range of amenities at its doorstep, with the beach only 100 meters away and the renowned Orange Square and Puerto Deportivo de Marbella within a five-minute walk.  The building is equipped with an elevator, ensuring a step-free interior. Free private and secure parking space at 100m from the apartment is included. An additional fee is applicable for shuttle service from/to the airport or train station. Upon request, baby cot and high chair with cutlery are available free of charge. A late check-in service is available from 10 pm to 6 am for an additional fee. The property boasts a step-free interior, generously sized doors, and wide windows equipped with electric blinds, ensuring easy access and comfort. Beach towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are strategically placed throughout the communal areas. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Airport shuttle, Train station shuttle.
