Impressive modern architecture villa located in the urbanization of "Bonaire", a quiet residential area, just 200 meters from Puerto Crocodile and just minutes from the leisure, shopping and restaurants of Alcudia town. The villa is characterized by large windows that make it are always flooded with light and offer spectacular views from almost every corner of the house. The open concept living room is on the top floor, decorated in a minimalist style remarkable for its simplicity, the stars of this room are two extraordinary and comfortable white leather sofas, being in it gives us the feeling that the house opens to the outside offering a panoramic view of the forest and the pool; view can also be enjoyed from the splendid terrace that surrounds almost the entire floor. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. From the lounge you access to a loft in which there is a great couch to enjoy a relaxing time.On the whole entire house has been tastefully furnished and decorated giving us a sense of wellbeing and comfort.On the ground floor there are four double bedroom, two bathrooms, one en suite with spa bath and a fully equipped kitchen.
