A magnificent 70 m2 apartment on one floor, located in the exclusive Pleta de Nheu urbanization, at Cota 1700. It consists of a living-dining room with a sofa-bed for 2 people, a fireplace and a fully equipped American kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a full bathroom with a bathtub. 1 parking space and ski storage included. The apartment includes everything you need so that you do not worry about anything other than enjoying your stay with us to the fullest, it also includes a parking space and a ski storage closet in the same building. The apartment is located in a privileged location, at the foot of the slopes, with access by bus to the Esquirós chairlift and has beautiful views of the valley.
