An ideal place for an unforgettable holiday in Fuerteventura. This lovely villa with sea views, private pool and gym is just a short drive from the Corralejo Dunes, the beaches of El Jablito and Chinchorro, and the trails of Montaña Roja and Montaña Blanca. It is perfect for families, groups of friends, couples or business trips, offering space for 10 guests and high-speed fibre Wifi. The property is spread over two floors and features large terraces and landscaped areas surrounding the house. It includes a barbecue area, solarium, private pool and several outdoor spaces ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco. There are 5 double bedrooms —two with queen-size beds— and 3 full bathrooms with showers. The living rooms are bright and cosy, with direct access to the terrace, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. With a Smart TV, private parking, gym and a fantastic private pool with sea views, the villa offers all the comforts needed for an exceptional stay. Its location is very well connected by road, offering easy access to the main routes of the island. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and juicer), spacious outdoor areas, barbecue, private gym, garden, parking, baby cot, highchair, private pool, fibre Wifi and Smart TV. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. The property has photo-security cameras in some common areas (dining room, kitchen and hallway), which only activate if the alarm goes off.

Neighbourhood information

This beautiful house is located in the northern part of Fuerteventura, in the municipality of La Oliva. It has a population of about 20,000 inhabitants and has as a neighbor to the municipality of Puerto del Rosario in the south, and the rest bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Walking through its streets, we will realize that the architecture that predominates in the municipality is different from what we can find in the rest of the island. An example of this can be found in Las Casas de Manrique de Lara or La Casa del Inglés, which reflect the period of greatest economic boom that the municipality experienced during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. But it is undoubtedly famous thanks to La Montaña de Tindaya, which contains a great archaeological value. The Tinojay settlement and the Cave-Habitación del Llano, where Guanche remains have been found, such as ceramics and mollusk shells.
