Absolutely fabulous and unique semi-detached villa is located in the privileged and picturesque gated and guarded Residencial Vila Paradis, where all the houses are modern, minimalist, luxury style on the first line of Paraíso beach with three swimming pools, park, beautiful green areas and direct access to the beach. It is of a very recent construction based on the new standards of the building. Top quality materials used: marble floor with underfloor heating system, double glazing anodized aluminum stainless steel carpentry, Villeroy & Boch toilets, all automatic roller blinds etc. We have 3 bedrooms in total, all double and spacious. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and the desk for the computer with its chair and in bedroom 2 is the double bed. Everything is on the ground floor with a bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the suite with the King Size bed on the first floor with its very beautiful designer bathroom and large chill out terrace facing the sea with direct stunning seaviews.
