Disfruta de este coqueto apartamento frente al Parque de Isabel La Catolica a 2 minutos de la Playa de San Lorenzo, supermercados, taxis, autobuses y zona de ocio. Recien reformado, consta de salon-cocina, habitacion con cama de 1.50m y baño, electrodomesticos y smart TV.
Amplia oferta de hosteleria incluyendo restaurantes, sidrerias, pulperias, cocina internacional y bares de copas. Parque frente al edificio para practica de ejercicio, tomar el sol o pasear. Estadio El Molinon y recintos feriales a 5 minutos con zona de restauracion, gimnasios y aparcamiento. A 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad con excelentes conexiones de transporte publico incluyendo autobuses y taxis. Urgencias 24h a 2 minutos y Hospital privado. Aparcamiento gratuito frente a edificio, salidas a autopista y Autovia del Cantabrico a escasos minutos evitando la circulacion por el centro de la ciudad.
