This comfortable, modern and bright penthouse measures 140 m² and is decorated with an exclusive design. The rooms are on the same level with 3 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. The master bedroom is a spacious room with large windows, double bed, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower en suite. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each that can be joined together and built-in wardrobes. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. The apartment also offers a very modern and fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The tastefully decorated living room has a dining table and a comfortable sofa, flat screen satellite TV, free WiFi and double doors that open onto a wonderful outdoor terrace with a large awning, dining table and chill out area. to relax. In all rooms there is air conditioning to cool the rooms and allow you to relax on those hot summer days. In addition, climbing some stairs you access an incredible roof terrace with sofas and unobstructed views

This luxurious beach penthouse is located next to the beach and is surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants and all services. It is 4 km from the town "Javea", 4 km from the bus station "Estación de Autobuses", 7 km from the Golf course "Golf de Jávea", 49 km from the amusement park "Terra Mítica", 99 km from the airport " ALC "and is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.
