Luxury penthouse apartment with balcony and large roof terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, first class furnishings, gym, outdoor pools and indoor pool, sauna, elevator, Hi-Speed WiFi w/ 500MBit/sec, 2 large Smart TVs with Youtube and 200 international channels, large Bluetooth box for music with your smartphone, etc., beaches, golf courses and shopping center La Zenia nearby (2-4km).
Hi, we are Sabine and Rainer, looking forward to welcoming international guests in our new CASA SARA apartment near Alicante in Spain. We will most probably not be there personally, we have engaged a reliable keyholder service, mobile number will be shared
La Zenia Boulevard is a very nice shopping centre, partly open-air, one of the largest in the region with a comprehensive range of all international branded goods and the latest fashion, also at affordable prices. With free parking, about 2km from our apartment. Directly opposite the apartment is a small supermarket with everything you need daily including international press. For golfers there are several very nice and also famous golf courses available, all in 1-3 km distance. The international golf scene meets at Villamartin Plaza. Villamartin is the most popular among golfers because of the excellent infrastructure. sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the house
