Stunning penthouse in Costa del Sol in front of the beach and fully equipped. Private parking available. Netflix, Satellite TV, etc
To reach the promenade you'll only have to cross the pedestrian walkway located in front of the building.
This wonderful penthouse is surrounded by different supermarkets, groceries, chemistries, hospital, veterinary and lot of restaurants. You will not use any transport as all these different services are just around the corner.
The bus stop,to Malaga city Center is 20 meters from the building.
The nearest golf course is Añoreta, located 6 km away from this penthouse.
