El apartamento está recién reformado, amplio y muy luminoso.
Consta de cocina totalmente equipada con comedor abierta al salón, dos amplios dormitorios, con camas de matrimonio. Uno de ellos con cama de king size. Cuarto de baño con plato de ducha.
Ambas habitaciones y el salón tienen acceso a un mirador.
