This lovely and bright apartment has a fantastic and calm location in Playa de la Lucera, Sito de Calahonda - close to and with great sea views over the Mediterranean Sea. The buildings are in the adorable typical Spanish architecture, with a beautiful well-maintained garden and pool area. The apartment is excellent located 30m from the sand beach, 250m from grocery stores, 3-4 km from several golf courses – ex Miraflores, 200m from Max Beach Club, neighbour to urb Dona Lola etc. 17 km north Marbella, 15 km south Fuengirola. 25 min from Malaga airport. There are also a lot of very good restaurants in the area.
