Welcome to this elegant apartment located in the most touristic area of Torrevieja with the sea, beach, promenade, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket just round the corner. It consists of an airy living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, large terrace with garden furniture accessed from the living room and master bedroom. It is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware, flat-screen smart TV) with fast WIFI and air conditioning. In addition we offer a free undeground parking place most suitable for small and medium-size cars. You may enjoy the sea view and city panorama from the top terrace. THIS APARTMENT IS AVAILABLE MAXIMUM FOR 10 NIGHTS (decree 9/2024)

The apartment is located in the most touristic area of Torrevieja with the beach, promenade, variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy within just a few minute walk. You are only: 80 m to the Playa del Cura promenade along the sea with palm trees, restaurants, cafeterias ideal for a stroll at any time of the day 100 m from the stony beach with concrete benches perfect to enjoy peace and a breze from the sea 400 from the sandy Playa del Cura 50 m from the nearest supermarket 450 m from the Central Bus Station with direct connection to the Alicante airport 550 m from the nearest police station 1200m to Paseo del Faro 1700 m to Marina International If you arrive by car, there is a free underground parking place. There is a remote controller attached to the keys to drive in. From the garage you can get to the apartment by an elevator. If you choose to come by other means of transport, there is a central bus station just within 7-minute walk with excellent connections anywhere you would like to go. NOTE: THE UNDERGROUND PARKING PLACE IS MOST SUITABLE FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE CARS (CLASS A-C). FOR LARGER VEHICLES (D+) ACCESS AND PARKING COULD BE DIFFICULT. ELECTRIC AND GAS POWERED CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
