This flat offers you the warmth of a home in the heart of the city. Ample spaces, all services within walking distance and the comfort of being in the city centre, just a few metres from the sea. It is next to the Plaza del Charco, the nerve centre of the city and meeting point for many local people. You can enjoy everything within walking distance, visit shops and eat in the best restaurants. Supermarkets, cafes and everything you need are also close by.

Neighbourhood information

This neighbourhood is the busiest and most visited in the whole city. The Plaza del Charco is a cosmopolitan space that offers and covers all services and needs. The best restaurants are in the area. Small and picturesque narrow streets where you can lose yourself and stroll around, the fishing pier and its tascas offering fresh fish just a few metres away. The bus station (guaguas) and the taxi rank are just a few minutes away, as well as free parking (beside the harbour esplanade).
