With three spacious bedrooms, this home is comfortable and spacious, ideal for up to 6 people. Parking is a free courtesy service from September to June, subject to availability, as it may be occupied from time to time due to the lack of a fixed space.. PRIVATE PARKING SI NOT AVAILABLE IN JULY AND AUGUST due to community restrictions, which require the use of a special, highly sensitive remote control. Even if the instructions are followed, the remote control may become blocked, causing inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding. You can bring your pet up to 10 kg for a small fee throughout your stay. MEDIUM AND LARGE PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. For businesses: we do not issue an invoice. Enjoy the comfort of a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. Plus, free Wi-Fi will keep you connected at all times. Maintain a pleasant temperature at any time of year with the air conditioning, and rest easy knowing that the promenade and a beautiful beach are just 100 meters away. Don't miss the long walks!
