Fun for everyone in this stylish new-build apartment, 200m from the sea on the ground floor including large terrace with beautiful views of the pool. This beautiful apartment is within walking distance of nice bars and restaurants, a large supermarket and a few minutes from the beaches of Cabo Roig, Punta Prima, La Zenia beach and the Zenia Boulevard shopping center. There are three 18-hole golf courses nearby: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Real Club de Campoamor, all within a 15-minute drive.
I am Dennis and, together with my wife Wendy, I have furnished this luxurious apartment and it offers optimal comfort for our guests. A pleasant stay for every guest is our priority, close to all amenities.
The south of the Costa Blanca is home to numerous beautiful beaches. Most of these beaches have charming "chiringuitos," beach bars where you can enjoy delicious snacks and drinks.
