This villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends. It is modernly furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The villa is only 2 km from the sea & from the Mar Menor, so the beach is always within reach. Many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Heated swimming pool of 6x3m with jacuzzi suitable for young and old. The large terrace offers a dining table for 8 people, barbecue, lounge set and sun beds, so you can enjoy the sun.
