The Playa Arena apartment is a central accommodation that stands out for its privileged location, in the heart of the Arena neighborhood, a few meters from San Lorenzo beach, close to all points of interest, and with a free private parking space in the facilities. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Gijón, equipped with new designer furniture. The living room has a chaise longue sofa, smart TV and a dining table for six people. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, vitro, oven, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cups and more. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, with a double bed of 1.35 each, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. In addition, the accommodation has a fourth room converted into a dressing room with a work table. No pets allowed

The location is unbeatable, in the center of the Arena neighborhood, in a very quiet area next to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bakeries, bus stops, a playground... It has absolutely everything.
