The terrace offers a private pool (4.10 m x 2.80 m) with outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers, and a large table for 6 people—perfect for enjoying the sun all day. On the ground floor, you'll find the living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, and the first bedroom with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and two full bathrooms with showers.
