The ground floor features the living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, and the first bedroom with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, TV, built-in wardrobes, and two bathrooms with showers. From this floor, you access the large balcony and the rooftop terrace.
