Outside this villa you will be able to enjoy a swim in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.6 to 1.8 metres. You'll also find 3 sunloungers and 2 Bali beds. From the pool and down some steps you'll reach the porch, perfect for your meals and BBQs alfresco. There also is an equipped terrace in another corner of the house. The property is fenced and offers 4000 m2. The house comprises 2 floors. On the first floor you have the living room -with AC and satellite TV, located by the kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and linked to the living through a marble peninsula. Two steps from here lead to the dining room, equipped also with AC and with access to the pool. The 4 bedrooms in the house, all of them with AC and 3 with a closet, are on the ground floor. All of them have a double bed. The window in one of the bedrooms with a full-size bed has views to the inside although it offers exit to the terrace. In addition, two bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there are 2 more bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A baby cot and a high chair are available. You'll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located on the outskirts of Lloseta, a town that emanates the peace and quiet atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village. You'll find the needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. However, Inca -with many more services and its traditional street market on Thursday mornings- is only a 5 minutes drive away. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 32 km from the house. There is exterior parking for 4 cars and covered exterior parking for 1 more car. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
