Situated on the main street of Calahonda, Mijas Costa, this third-floor three bedroom, two bathroom apartment has a fully equipped, spacious kitchen. The lounge/dining area is very spacious and has patio doors leading out onto a terrace with parcial sea views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room. There are two single beds both in the second and third bedroom. The ample kitchen is very well equipped, and has a separate utility room with a washer/dryer. The secure complex boasts lovely communal gardens, a very large main pool, and a smaller, children's pool. This apartment is a very short walk to the local bars, and restaurants. The beach is a short 15-minute walk down the road, so a car is not necessarily required. The complex is located on 15 minutes drive from Marbella and Fuengirola centre, 45 minutes from Málaga city, and some of the coast's most popular golf courses are only a short drive away.

The urbanization Rincon del Mar is known for its friendly atmosphere, all within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. There is a free parking area with limited parking spaces. Rincon del Mar is 15 minutes drive from 4 golf courses, Fuengirola and Marbella.
