Please note that La Rosa Street, where our property is located, is currently undergoing improvements for pedestrianization until 2025. During this period:
There may be some noise during working hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
Car access will not be available, but pedestrian access to the property is guaranteed.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
These services are available upon request, subject to availability, and have an additional cost of €20:
Early Check-In: Between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Late Check-Out: Between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Please request these in advance so we can confirm availability.
Mandatory Guest Registration
In compliance with Real Decreto 933/2021 (26 October), all guests must complete a registration form with their identity document or passport details before arrival.
You will receive a secure web link to provide this information. This process is mandatory, and without it, we cannot issue the access codes for the property.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
