Located in the Oasis Dunas Complex, next to the El Campanario Shopping Center with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants and from 200 mt from the Main Street. 250m from the beach, it has a one bedroom, a sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Fully renovated equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher and aircoin in the kitchen.
The linen included in the price includes a kit of 1 towels and 1 bath towel per person, 1 sheets and 1 duvets for beds.
For extra linen changes the surcharge is 35 euros.
For rent beach towel the price is 10 euros each.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and enjoys a fabulous 12m2 patio. The residence has gardens, has four outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a bar and a children's play area.
