Property information

Fantastic town house in the centre of Arta, with spectacular views to the majestic church, the ancient wall and the mountains. It offers accommodation for 4 people. From the top terrace of this impressive house of 4 floors, located in the bustling historical town centre, you will enjoy a great breakfast, an interesting reading on the hammocks or a good wine in the evening while admiring the mountain range and the charming village. On the other hand, there is another interior terrace on the same level of the common rooms, perfect to enjoy an appetiser in a more charming atmosphere. This terrace is located on the 1st floor of this great house, which is precisely where all its distribution begins, since the first floor remains closed. Thus, this corner is open to a large kitchen through large sliding windows to make the place more functional. In it you will be able to cook delicious dishes on a gas stove, but also have an oven, microwave, coffee maker and much more. Then we have a large and peaceful living-dining room, with TV-sat and radiator, for your moments of relaxation or family chats, as well as a bathroom with shower. Going upstairs, on the second floor, there are the bedrooms, all of them with closet. In addition, two of them also have a radiator. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. One of the bedrooms offers two single beds together, another one a double bed and the third one a single bed, so there are plenty of beds for you to decide how to sleep more comfortably. There is a crib and high chair and two fans at your disposal, and a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, note that there are 4 floors: - Ground floor: closed - 1st and 2nd floors: rooms and interior terrace - 3rd floor: top terrace

As this is a town house, you'll enjoy the convenience of a family-friendly village with all the necessary amenities nearby, including supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants. There are several golf courses in the area, with the closest being in Capdepera, just 5.4 km away. The nearest beach is Cala Moll in Cala Ratjada. However, we highly recommend driving along the coast to explore other stunning locations on the island.
