Welcome to this magnificent villa exquisitely decorated in Cap d'en Font, Binibeca. It offers a spectacular private pool and wonderful outdoor corners designed for 8 guests to fully enjoy the good weather of Minorcan Mediterranean. The exteriors of this beautiful vil·la are dreamlike. The main protagonist is the private chlorine pool, which measures 7.50 x 3.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 2.4 meters, promising refreshing moments after enjoyable sunbathing on the sun loungers. The bench under the thatched roof is perfect for enjoying meals and dinners alfresco. And the porch next to the house becomes the best place for a light nap after a lively morning enjoying the waves of the nearby sea. The property is fenced and has close neighbours. This spectacular and stylish home has all its rooms distributed along a single floor. The living room features a fireplace, Smart TV, and air conditioning. The kitchen-dining room is perfectly equipped for cooking delicious dishes during your stay. The house also offers a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Our 8 guests can rest in 4 incredible bedrooms. Three of them feature a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and one additionally has an incorporated sauna. The last bedroom has twine beds, and there is a fourth bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. All rooms have air conditioning with heat pump. Finally, we can provide a crib and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
