Property information

Apartment in a building with a lift, located in the heart of the historic city centre. It includes a free parking space in a private underground garage, situated about a 7-minute walk from the accommodation (Calle Cerca de Capuchinos, 1). The property is fully equipped and features two exterior bedrooms with balconies and traditional “cierro gaditano” windows, a cosy living room, a kitchen with balcony and two bathrooms. It also includes WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels to ensure a comfortable stay. A baby cot and highchair are available on request, as well as a feeder and bed for your pets. To make your stay even more special, we offer free paddle surf equipment during your stay (subject to availability). 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a financial penalty. ❌ Parties and events are not allowed. ⚠️ Please note that the parking space is small and has limited capacity. It is only suitable for compact and medium-sized vehicles due to its reduced dimensions. It is not recommended for large cars or SUVs.
