We invite you to our apartment in a well-kept block with an elevator on the beautiful Salamanca Street 10. The building has a huge terrace at the disposal of residents, from which there is a beautiful view of the sea and brine. Great place to watch the sun go down. We will be happy to host max. 4 people The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom, kitchen and a spacious balcony with a table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers. From the balcony there is a minimal side sea view. There is an extendable awning on the balcony. There is an air conditioner in the living room and a fan in the bedroom. The apartment offers: washing machine, microwave, Internet - fiber optic, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer and hair dryer, beach equipment, smart TV with Netflix In addition, of course, kitchen equipment, including coffee, tea, sugar, salt There is also a place in the underground car park at the guests' disposal. The nearest sandy beach with a very gentle descent to the sea (Gran Platja Santa Pola) is approx. 450m from the apartment - 6 minutes on foot. The bus station and Lidl are also nearby.
Professionally - associate professor at one of the universities in Poznań, property manager and Internet Sales specialist at JMK Kosmaczewscy Real Estate. Santa Pola is a small fishing town well connected with Alicante. It is not a good choice if you prefer crazy nights in clubs. However, if you value relative peace and kilometers of sandy beaches and the proximity of brine pools and watching flamingos in their natural habitats, this will be a very good choice. Ships depart from the town to Tabarca Island (very crowded in high season), where you can watch the fish. The transfer from the airport to Santa Pola takes about 10-15 minutes and by taxi costs about 25-30 euro.
