Beautiful views from the 12th floor. 5 min walk from Levante Beach. Very commercial and leisure area. Air conditioning, fan, and Smart TV in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. Free WIFI. Full kitchen. 2 bathrooms. New furniture July 2022. Private pool in the block and Parking in the exterior and interior building in the basement area, until the available places are completed.

We want you to feel like in your own home. Key delivery in person. We have renovated all the furniture. We leave you information on telephone numbers of interest, Location of Restaurants, Local Drinks and Commercial Zone. We want the client who comes to our apartments to enjoy the Sun and the Sea as well as Leisure, and forget about problems.

Commercial area quite lively and with many places of entertainment. Located in the 3* Levante beach line. 5 min walk from the beach and the Paseo. Being on the 12th floor it has great views and the apartment is quiet although very close to Benidorm's nightlife area.
