Bring the whole family to the beach! Spacious, family friendly and holiday house with terraces including sea view. Ideal location between los Lances and tarifa old town, the house is located within a short walk to the beach and a 3’ walk to Mercadona. This 3 level house of 160sqm boasts 4 bedrooms all with windows and built in wardrobes, 3 large bathrooms + separate toilet, fully furnished kitchen living and dining room, 5 terraces and patios and 2 underground parking.

Neighbourhood information

Walking distance to the beach, supermarkets like Mercadona and Día, many cafes around for delicious breakfasts and coffees and kitesurf shops within walking distance. Easy walk of 10-15 min to the old town. Walk, rent a bicycle at a nearby shop, get to the beach by foot or take your car to visit the magnificent beaches around tarifa. Easy parking within 2 underground parking and also easy street parking
