Beautiful stylish villa in the south of Tenerife on 6000m2 area. Near Los Cristianos and Los America. The villa consists of 3 apartments in total. Very quiet location, but also close to tourist facilities. You will live in the apartment of about 70 m2 with sea view and idyllic enchanted garden. Beaches in 5 km distance. Airport in 10 min. Bus stop directly at the property.
Bus stop right on the edge of the property. Beaches 10 minutes away, the airport is 18 minutes away by the car. Privat secure free parking. The villa consists of a total of 3 apartments. The villa is located in a small and quiet settlement between the towns of Arona and La Camella. There are grocery stores, typical local bars and bakeries. All just a few minutes away (by car). Attractive hiking trails are just a minute away from the villa, such as the Roque del Condo trail and the Barranco del Rey. Just a few minutes away by car are the Jungle Park and the Tenerife Monkey Park Zoo. Both parks are very attractive.
