We are a couple from England with three kids who moved to Sitges in 2017. Emily is an interior designer and Ed a music agent originally. Though they put their heads together to launch an artisanal gin which came to market on 2021 (Paó de Sitges Gin) and they now run a gin concept store in the heart of Sitges.

The house they renovated in 2021 is situated in the quiet hills of Olivella and the Garraf Natural Park though they are only 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Sitges and its bustling bar and restaurant scene.
