I love getting up in the morning, clap my hands and say this is gonna be a great day!! I enjoy hiking, biking as much as playing tennis and golf. I absolutely enjoy spending time with family and friends and having a good laugh!! I like meeting new people and talk about good times and tough times. In life, to be honest, I failed as much as I succeeded, roll with the punches tonight, tomorrow is another day! I will be in a position to meet you at the flat to explain most of the house details. This quiet and centric urban penthouse offers what you need to work, relax and enjoy. The Attic has strong WiFi (Wifi 600MB/LAN Plugged 1GB) , smart-TV and in perfect condition for those temporarily relocating to take the opportunity to explore a new community or work remotely!

Tenerife is a year-round holiday destination with warm summers and mild winters for perfect relaxation and enjoying Tenerife’s magic features. The apartment is located at the heart of Santa Cruz in a quiet neighborhood. Santa Cruz is near the Teresitas beach where you can practice or learn sailing, arrange boat tours, do kayaking and wakeboard, rent a jet-ski, …. Arrange quad trips to the mountains near the Teide or scuba-diving & snorkeling submarine boat excursions are also available with your own skipper in the South Part of the Island such as in Amarilla Golf, located about 10 km from the well-known beaches of Playa de Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Playa Fañabe. The apartment is close to the Tenerife North Airport and near enough to explore to the villages of La Laguna and its cakes stores, and the fishing village of El Sauzal, famous for its fresh fish restaurants. If you would prefer to not hire a car it is very easy to get around by taxi and bus from Santa Cruz.
