Very bright apartment facing east and fully renovated. It´s composed of one bedroom with a desk and a living room with a sofa bed. 2nd floor without elevator. Reversible air conditioning and roller shutters. Large balcony with partial sea view, perfect for relaxing! Popular Santiago Bernabeu-Varadero area, close to beaches, port and shops. Parking space reserved for residents although limited spaces. Ideal for working remotely with high-speed Wi-Fi and vacations in the sun.
