Situated in San Pedro del Pinatar, a new modern apartment on the first floor, all luxury and comfort for 6 people. The accommodation is 2.3 km from the La Mota Beach and features free WiFi throughout the property. The air-conditioned apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The flat is located in a nice green quiet residential area bordered by parks and low-rise buildings 2.6 km from the beach. Supermarket and restaurants are on walking distance. The Costa Cálida offers a coastline of 250 km, 320 Sundays, about 3000 sunshine hours with an average of 19° and even in winter lots of sunshine! The nearest airport is Murci at 37 km from the accommodation and Alicante at 65 km.

San Pedro del Pinatar is a charming coastal town in Spain that offers a variety of activities and attractions for visitors. Also known for its natural wellness, free mud baths with proven healing properties, salt lakes and flamingo spotting. Walking in dunes with beautiful flora fringed by desert beaches. The big draw here is the Mar Menor. The largest saltwater lagoon in Europe , 170 km² ! You can walk along it, cycle, sunbathe and do a range of water sports, supping, jet skiing, boat trips, sailing yourself without a licence, it's all possible !
