Newly renovated and refurnished seafront building apartment, side sea view. 3 individually air-conditioned and fully furnished rooms. Just cross the street to be on the beach. Going back, stop to fill your fridge at the grocery store located on the ground floor of the building. Explore its large shopping street with plenty of restaurants, wine shops, pharmacies, boutiques, and grocery stores. Once ready to wind down, enjoy the apartment itself. In renovating, we put a lot of thought to make it a great place to wind down, read, or just sprawl before the flat-screen TV while hearing the sea and feeling the breeze. A cozy balcony with a side sea appearance offers yet another opportunity to enjoy your favorite drink. When ready to lay down, two bedrooms each offer flat-screen - smart TV ready to stream your favorite videos. The apartment provides a private washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron for getting ready for a night on the town. Linens and towels are also included for your convenience. The fully furnished kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and electric kettle. Cutleries and cooking utensils are also included. Secure free Wi-Fi
