The main bedroom has a double bed and, if you open the curtains early, you find yourself in the most romantic setting. You can literally watch the sun rising from your bed. The other two bedrooms, another double and one with bunk-beds, overlook the shared pool of the residential. Guests have use of a bathroom with a walk-in shower upstairs and an additional toilet room on the ground floor. Also on the grand floor is the living room, larger than most in the properties of the area. Loads of sitting for everyone and an extending dining table. The decor is modern-contemporary, thoughtfully designed, and stunning. Again, the sea view from the sofa is amazing. Slight tweaks before your arrival means that the property suits romantic breaks as well as family holidays, and you get custom treatment based on the circumstances of your getaway. SunRise Den is the perfect place for a winter escape too! The nearest restaurants/bars/coffee shops are 5 min walk from the Den and across the road from these is the beach. A pet owner myself, I know the challenges we meet when taking them away on family vacations. I welcome one well behaved pet in our holiday rental home, virtually free of charge. However, pet owners need to agree to our pet policy which can't be fully disclosed here. Please contact at the time of booking to discuss. Bringing more than one pet MAY be possible for an additional charge but only with prior consent from owner. I live locally and am available during stays for advice and assistance.

5 min walk to the new passeo (which links the area with the centre of town), the beach and the nearest restaurants On street parking - free, ample space even during high season 5 min drive to supermarkets and town centre. If you'd rather leave the car at home, a leasurily 15 min walk and you're in the centre of town with its promenade and numerous restaurants, bars, shops. Puerto de Mazarron is a pictoresc little town with many miles of beaches for every taste. There are also two beaches, including one at 10 min walk, where dogs are allowed all year so you don't have to leave your beloved pet at home. One pet generally stays for free. However, charges may apply in situations where cleaning or repairs are necessary following your stay with a pet. Please contact me before confirming your booking if you wish to discuss your pet situation further. Bringing more than one pet MAY be considered at extra charge. Guests arriving with pets without prior consent from the host may be refused entry. 150 euro damage deposit is to be collected at entry and refunded at exit assuming no damages and reasonable state of cleanliness.
