The property is very easy to reach from both TFS airport (15min) or TFN airport (45min). The address is Calle Balboa 2, 38618 Granadilla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. The intercom is 1F, and you are welcome to ring it upon arrival for one my cohosts to show you in. Please note that Calle Balboa is at the very end of Calle Pizarro. If some GPS systems such as Goggle Maps, Calle Balboa doesn't show up. If you have any problem, let us know and we will send you exact pin to follow. There is street parking and also private indoor garage available. The parking slot is 42. Please do not park in any other parking space. If required, we can provide you with 24/7 door-to-door paid shuttle service from/to any of the airports or ports, via my family transport company if you wish. If hired, we'd make sure that your private driver would also be the one taking care of your check-in process.

Owners' corporation rules: - Swimming pool hours from 9am to 9pm. - Glass bottles, smoking, pool floats, surf boards are not allowed by the pool - Please refrain from keeping personal items on sun beds to keep them booked when absent from the pool area or playing ball games in common areas. - Please refrain from entering the building while still wet and make sure pool gates are kept closed when entering or leaving the common areas. House rules: - IMPORTANT: According to the provisions of article 1 of Decree 1513/1959, of August 18th 2023, we have the obligation to identify all guests (of age 16 and above) who intend to stay at the property before granting access to the property. All guests will be requested to provide with ID or passport photo ahead of their arrival via Airbnb platform. Originals will have to be shown upon check-in. Failure to comply with any of these will prevent the check-in. - No parties, events, or celebrations allowed. - Smoking is not allowed throughout the property including outdoor spaces. - Please dispose your personal rubbish within the street rubbish bins and not in common areas' bins. - We kindly request not to sit on the sofa, bed, etc. with wet clothes/swimwear or after applying tanning creams to the skin. Please don’t have meals on sofas; food stains cleaning on upholstered items will be charged. - Decorative candles are not to be used. - Any broken or damaged items will be charged at face value, plus the time the host may have to pay a third party to procure and transport the item to be replaced. - If you lose the property keys, we will charge a 50 Euro fee.

La Tejita is one of the best and largest beaches in Tenerife. It is a protected area and the residential area adjacent to it is characterised by a very quiet mood, but featuring a nice outdoor contemporary shopping mall called La Tejita Street Market.
