This bright and modern apartment is located in one of the quietest areas of Can Picafort, away from the busiest area of ​​the town but also 10 minutes away for a walk.The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one in suite). Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, large terrace, laundry room and community pool. The beach is about 600 meters walking in a straight line. There is a Mercadona at 60 meters, in the same street. Quiet and clear area

Neighbourhood information

You can enjoy a community pool to cool off during your stay, it also has free WIFI and air conditioning in the living room.
