Property information

Comfort and space are the main features of this brand new (2022) two storey holiday townhouse with community pool for adults and children in a quiet location, only a few minutes away from the beach of La Jaquita and the centre of the village. With its three bedrooms upstairs, two of them with queen size beds and the third one with two single beds, a comfortable sofa bed and three modern and complete bathrooms with walk-in showers, it guarantees space and privacy for all guests. It has a large living room, a kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and dining area, a private terrace of 27m2, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and, for maximum comfort, a private parking space. It offers free fibre optic Wi-Fi. Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the second, private and locked terrace with direct access from the street. As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.

El Médano, a lively village perfect for everyone who loves an easy lifestyle, water sports like windsurf, surf and kite surf or just catch the sun on its' lovely beaches, long walks on the beachfront, have drinks with friends or enjoy nice dinners in one of the local or international restaurants nearby.
