Our 2 terraced TWO-BEDROOM BEACH HOLIDAY RENTAL is situaded in a small private & closed complex right next to the beach. The situation is just perfect as it is very centrally-located place. Shop, retaurants and bars in walking distance. The complex counts on a direct sea promenade access. Newly renovated, refurbished, fully equipped and fully air-conditioned. Having 2 full bathrooms makes is even more comfortable. FREE PARKING inside of the complex is just a plus, sparing you the hustle of searching where to park. Free early check in& late check out are subject to availability.

The apartment is located in a private residential area with direct access to the beach promenade. San Agustín is a quiet, green, and welcoming area—an ideal choice for anyone seeking a relaxing holiday away from the overcrowded tourist zones.
