This property in a quiet complex just a few minutes from the town centre with a children's pool and a 17 metre long adult pool for adults (great for exercise and relaxation!), offers three double bedrooms, three very modern bathrooms with showers, one en-suite, a spacious living room with a top quality sofa bed, a fully equipped semi-independent kitchen and a huge 113m2 terrace that surrounds the entire corner of this property. Here you will find a chill-out area with a large sofa, a dining area with an electric awning for sun protection in the hottest hours and two extremely comfortable loungers/ maxi cushions. The unique design and all the equipment of this holiday home allows you to feel luxury and comfort at the same time. There is also a laundry room and, for maximum practicality, a private underground parking space. Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the private, enclosed terrace with direct access from the street. As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels (both with replacements), beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if this is closed, drop it into the mailbox next to the entrance.
