I am a single mother. I have a teenager son who takes my time and fills my life. I studied Media Studies at Complutense University in Madrid. I have worked as a salesperson, PR, journalist, translator, tour guide, receptionist and nowadays I'm owner and manager of holiday apartments. I am an outgoing, that is why I love hsoting people, and open-minded person, animal lover, loyal friend, and I am active member of several NGOs. My main interests are cinema, music concerts and festivals, meet with friends and moreover traveling. I prefer to do it in shock cultures and definitely I rather rural to urban destinations. I like both, mountains and coasts, although I prefer the climate of coasts. I have travelled around the world, lived in several countries and cities (Madrid, London, Sydney, Los Angeles, Tenerife, Mallorca, Brasil, etc.) and traveled many others, but my special places in the world are Morro de Sao Paolo in Bahia, Brazil and amazing Lanzarote.

Amplio apartamento de 1 dormitorio en planta alta y con vistas al jardín y vistas parcial al mar. A 5 minutos caminando de la playa, la parada de bus y la calle principal y a 15 minutos del centro. Apartamento muy tranquilo, luminoso, con cama doble y una gran terraza soleada, en un complejo de Costa Teguise, localidad vacacional a medio camino entre los puntos de interés turísticos del sur y del norte de la isla a tan solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto. El complejo tiene 1 piscina, bar-restaurante, parque infantil, centro masajes, gimnasio zen y parking. Con WIFI y parking gratuitos. Se admiten pequeñas mascotas por un módico precio adicional.

Neighbourhood information

El apartamento está en un complejo muy tranquilo, a 150 metros de la playa y la parada de bus y taxi y a unos minutos caminando de la oficina de correos, de centros médicos, trasporte público, supermercados, boutiques, bares y restaurantes, mercadillos y centros comerciales y sin embargo la zona es tranquila y sin bullicio. En nuestras playas se puede practicar buceo y snorkelling fácilmente. Así mismo, por sus condiciones atmosféricas, Además, en las inmediaciones del apartamento pueden encontrar una gran oferta de negocios de alquiler de coches, bicis., etc. Contamos con el mayor Campo de Golf de la isla y el mayor Parque Acuático. El apartamento está situado en el municipio más céntrico de la isla, a mitad de camino de los centros turísticos del sur y del norte. Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unas relajantes vacaciones.
