The house has the feeling of a beach house, is really charming, light and cosy aiming to relax, enjoy and recharge! Typical Andalusian house located within urbanisation 'El Faro'; Situated between Mijas and Fuengirola; Only 30 minutes away from Malaga airport; House offers full privacy, with terrace and garden and barbecue facilities; 800 meters walking distance from the beach (through a walking path); Recently renovated, both bathrooms are new.
Mijas Costa is located in between Malaga and Marbella on the Costa del Sol (recommended to rent a car). Central location surrounded by beaches and ideal for golfing, cycling, hiking, sunbathing and watersports. La Cala de Mijas (5 minutes driving) is located on the beach offering lots of restaurants, beach bars and pubs. Marbella (20 minutes driving) has Puerto Banus with its luxury port and the old town with Plaza de las Naranjas (Casco Antiguo); Golf 'El Chaparral'. Watersports: Hotspot for kite surfing/surfing is Tarifa (Costa de la Luz) with beautiful nature and sandy white beaches.
