MOONLIGHT SEA VIEW is a beautiful 170 m2 house recently renovated with great taste and ready to receive a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The house is a paradise of colors! The blue of the sea, the blue of the sky and the colors of the rainbow spread throughout the house. It is a place of peace where the holidays smell of rest and exhaustion. The sea air will make you not want to leave this place! As soon as you pass the front door, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen and a family-friendly living-dining room. At the end of the room there is a huge and beautiful terrace with a unique view. It is where our guests choose to spend much of their time. It is a special place to dine enjoying the view and the air of Sitges. On the ground floor, 3 rooms; one double en suite with its own bathroom, another double with bunk beds, ideal for children or young people, and a room with a double bed and an annex with an extra double bed (this room is entered through the previous room). These two rooms share a bathroom. The house has several very comfortable corners that will make you have a fantastic vacation. Think that you will be privileged to have a dining room with such incredible views as well as a chill out to relax and enjoy company under the moonlight. All this exclusively for you. There is also a barbecue, perfect for a delicious dinner at night looking at the port. Ideally located, a few meters from the beaches of Balmins or San Sebastian, the Aiguadolç marina and its leisure area and restaurants, just a 10-minute walk from the town center. It is perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation or a weekend. There is also a community pool. This house is located in a family community where the rules of coexistence and noise must be respected. Parties or celebrations are not allowed inside the house or on its terraces.

This house is located within a beautiful private complex in Aiguadolç neighbourhood with a swimming pool for the residents to enjoy. Both La Marina and Balmins beach are less than 8 minutes walk away, whilst Sitges' town centre and all it has to offer is less than 15 minutes away on foot. La Marina beach is a 145m x 80m sheltered bay with a very sporty atmosphere alongside the harbour. Its many facilities and easy access make it a pleasant family beach situated in a rough rocky setting. It has a beach bar and sunloungers can be rented on spot. Balmins beach is situated between San Sebastian beach and Aiguadolç harbour. It's 240m long, divided into 3 coves, which makes it ideal for relaxing without complexes and getting away from the bustle of the city in search of naturist liberty. It has all the services you could need as well as being wheelchair accessible. Besides sunbathing and spending the day in the beach, the harbour offers a selection of yatch and sailing companies where you can rent a boat, enrol in a fishing trip or practice parasailing and other water sports. There is also a large array of good quality restaurants as well as a supermarket.
