This has been my home for over 35 years. My business keeps me away quite often these days but allows me to offer my home to guests who wish to holiday here on this beautiful island.

Property information

The Golf del Sur is a select resort and is the perfect place to soak up the Tenerife sun and relax by the pool. The golf course is a stones throw from the house and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants a short walk away in San Blas Village. The main busier resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 15-20 minute bus or taxi ride away.

Neighbourhood information

Golf del Sur is a quieter resort compared to Las Americas and Los Cristianos but has plenty of shops,bars and restaurants and Costa San Blas beach within easy walking distance. Aircraft noise is a part of the Golf del Sur makeup as its only 10 minutes taxi to the Airport. However its only busy on certain days and doesn't bother most people.
